Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Montreal's Gym, Montreal,  taking place on 21/09/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Brin Erwin (2 - 0) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Michael Voils(3 - 5 - 4) from Calgary, Canada.  Erwin weighed in at 112 pounds, while Voils weighed in at 111 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Briant Sarraute, and the three ringside judges are Prewitt Gedeon, Sid Leys and Sinjon Bellanger.  

Round 1: 

Erwin lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Erwin walks his opponent into the corner.  Erwin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Voils steps to the outside.  Erwin lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Erwin steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Erwin hits home with a cross.  
Voils tries to step out of his opponents range.  Erwin lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Voils is looking to keep his distance.  Erwin lands a cross.  
Voils walks Erwin down, trapping him in the corner.  Erwin throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
