Alojzije Tomašic vs Damir Benic

Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Vinko Kožul Gym, Zagreb,  taking place on 10/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alojzije Tomašic (6 - 0) who hails from Zagreb, Croatia and Damir Benic(5 - 3 - 2) from Zagreb, Croatia.  Both Tomašic and Benic weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lucijan Jagodic, and the three ringside judges are Lovre Ðurekovic, Dragutin Kostelac and Branislav Vujevic.  

Round 1: 

Tomašic pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.
