Rafael Kafarov vs Vitali Casymbeckoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Amodako Promotions promoted show at Samarqand Popal, Samarqand,  taking place on 14/10/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the West Asian Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rafael Kafarov (15 - 1(1) - 2) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Vitali Casymbeckoff(14 - 0) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Kafarov and Casymbeckoff weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aleksei Kadyrgaliew, and the three ringside judges are Aleksei Gadzhibabekov, Niyazi Sarah and Seyfulla Ellahi.
