Rufat Nazir vs Nakif Nagiev

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Guseynov, Baku,  taking place on 14/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rufat Nazir (10 - 0) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Nakif Nagiev(12 - 5 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Nazir and Nagiev weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mammad Akbarov, and the three ringside judges are Israfil Hajiyev, Bashir Amirbeyov and Alekber Ameen.
