Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Montesino, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/10/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Jerez (9 - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Marjun Platero(9 - 6) from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.  Both Jerez and Platero weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Vasques, and the three ringside judges are Paco Cantero, Diego Ribas and Ryo Oquendo.
