Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Portland,  taking place on 09/11/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the WRBC International Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Watkins (14(8) - 1) who hails from Bristol, UK and Bart Vert(12 - 4(4)) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Watkins and Vert weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brett Edmison, and the three ringside judges are James Mardock, James Mardock and Peter Roger.
