Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Mancera, Cebu City,  taking place on 21/10/2024:

Clearly Rooq Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Malik Jaffer (7 - 0) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Jair Florian(5 - 1) from Santa Maria, Philippines.  Both Jaffer and Florian weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cris Merida, and the three ringside judges are Eduardo Macalam, Eduardo Macalam and Vicente Graciano.
