Fatmir Saliu vs Satoru Shirai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 24/10/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fatmir Saliu (2 - 1) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Satoru Shirai(3 - 2 - 1) from Yokohama, Japan.  Saliu weighed in at 107 pounds and 12 ounces, while Shirai weighed in at 107 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Tsutsumi, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Tsutsumi, Raiden Yamamura and Yoshi Nakano.

Shirai closes the distance.  Saliu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Saliu lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Saliu clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Saliu pushes his forearm into Shirai's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Shirai throws a left hook, but Saliu holds on to his opponent.  Saliu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Saliu to stop fouling.
