Dai Iwata vs Hisoka Minami

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Sky Hall Toyota, Toyota,  taking place on 02/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dai Iwata (10(1) - 2) who hails from Akashi, Japan and Hisoka Minami(16(1) - 1) from Sapporo, Japan.  Iwata weighed in at 118 pounds, while Minami weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Sando, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Tanaka, Hajime Miki and Mikio Tobe.  

Round 1: 

Iwata is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Minami lands a double jab to his opponents head.
