Patrick Bay vs Joshua Hyslop

Boxing Daily Report from the LoneStar Promotions promoted show at Houston Evans, Houston,  taking place on 12/10/2024:

Clearly LoneStar Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Patrick Bay (0 - 0) who hails from Waterbury, USA and Joshua Hyslop(0 - 2 - 3) from Los Angeles, USA.  Both Bay and Hyslop weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Suit, and the three ringside judges are Henry Messer, James Crum and Elliot Morgans.

Hyslop lands a left uppercut.  Bay holds on to his opponent.  Bay is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bay about fouling.

Bay gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  Bay holds on to his opponent.  Bay uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Hyslop behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bay attempts to land a left hook, but Hyslop slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bay walks his opponent into the red corner.  Bay drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Bay throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Hyslop walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Hyslop sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bay attempts to land a left hook, but Hyslop parries the shot and counters with a left hook.

Bay pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Bay digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Bay is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Bay walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Bay lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Bay drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Bay digs in a left hook to Hyslop's body.  
Bay lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
