Mikio Furuya vs Kenji Miyasato

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Sky Hall Toyota, Toyota,  taking place on 02/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Furuya (9(2) - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Kenji Miyasato(11 - 2) from Fuji, Japan.  Both Furuya and Miyasato weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Sando, and the three ringside judges are Hajime Miki, Yuji Tanaka and Mikio Tobe.  

Round 1: 

Furuya tries to step out of his opponents range.  Miyasato is on target with a cross.  
Miyasato gets on the inside and manages to force Furuya onto the ropes.  Miyasato is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.
