Fisnik Shehu vs Peter McAda

Boxing Daily Report from the RJM Boxing promoted show at Cardiff City Hall, Cardiff,  taking place on 08/10/2024:

Clearly RJM Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Fisnik Shehu (1 - 0) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Peter McAda(2 - 4) from Sheffield, UK.  Shehu weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while McAda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark MacNevin, and the three ringside judges are Glyn Bowen, Dale Carrick and Glyn Bowen.  

Round 1: 

McAda closes the distance.  Shehu digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Shehu switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
McAda advances into close range.  Shehu pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
McAda manages to force Shehu onto the ropes.  McAda digs in a left hook to Shehu's ribs.  
Shehu steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McAda lands a jab.  
Shehu lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
McAda advances into close range and manages to force Shehu into the corner.  Shehu lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.

McAda waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Shehu lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
McAda is looking to close the distance and forces Shehu to retreat onto the ropes.  Shehu lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Shehu hits home with a cross.  
McAda closes the distance.  Shehu drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Shehu steps away from his opponent.  Shehu feints a cross, but McAda is not fooled and responds with a right uppercut.  
McAda lands a cross.  
Shehu tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a cross.  
Shehu switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Shehu's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  McAda's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

McAda throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Shehu tries to step out of his opponents range.  Shehu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Shehu's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  McAda's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
