Boxing Daily Report from the Mayat Promotions promoted show at Jeddah Negein, Jeddah,  taking place on 31/10/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KSA Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aftab Abdou (12(1) - 2) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Rehman Ahmad(13 - 2) from Taif, Saudi Arabia.  Abdou weighed in at 247 pounds and 3 ounces, while Ahmad weighed in at 243 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sajid Alnaqbi, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Boulas, Syed Jawahir and Amer Haidar.
