Boxing Daily Report from the Hard hitting promotions promoted show at Nassau Linsey, Nassau,  taking place on 28/11/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Dave Arnot (1 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Wayne Kirkpatrick(0 - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Arnot and Kirkpatrick weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danny Couser, and the three ringside judges are Steven Gorry, Gus Dryman and Peter Manatt.  

Round 1: 

Arnot manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Arnot lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Arnot clinches his opponent.  Arnot is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Arnot and breaks the clinch.  
Arnot sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Arnot lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Arnot ties up his opponent.  Arnot leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Arnot's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Arnot pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kirkpatrick throws a left hook, but Arnot clinches his opponent.  Arnot tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kirkpatrick behind the head. 
Arnot closes the distance.  Arnot sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Arnot lands a left uppercut.  
Arnot sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kirkpatrick sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Arnot lands with a stiff jab.  
Arnot is looking to close the distance.  Arnot sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kirkpatrick attempts to land a left uppercut, but Arnot slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Kirkpatrick throws a left hook, but Arnot holds on to his opponent.  Arnot tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kirkpatrick behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Arnot about fouling.

Arnot is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
