Iwao Tamashiro vs Kenji Arai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Amagasaki Satow, Amagasaki,  taking place on 01/11/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iwao Tamashiro (9 - 7) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Kenji Arai(6 - 10 - 1) from Himeji, Japan.  Tamashiro weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces, while Arai weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Enomoto, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Koyanagi, Takeo Miyamoto and Hiro Seno.  

Round 1: 

Arai lands a left hook.
