Hitoshi No vs Kei Matsunaga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Kenji Oyama Gym, Takarazuka,  taking place on 02/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi No (7 - 5 - 4) who hails from Akashi, Japan and Kei Matsunaga(5 - 0) from Kobe, Japan.  No weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Matsunaga weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Fujii, and the three ringside judges are Jun Oe, Hiro Noda and Kazuhiko Saito.  

Round 1: 

Matsunaga gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to No's body.  
Matsunaga manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Matsunaga lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
