Penda Nguni vs Tamarius Mayaba

Boxing Daily Report from the Daduryan Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Musauta, Lusaka,  taking place on 04/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Penda Nguni (13 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Tamarius Mayaba(11 - 6) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Nguni weighed in at 226 pounds and 5 ounces, while Mayaba weighed in at 238 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kadeem Magande, and the three ringside judges are Ben Chiputa, Ibeamaka Urbano and Vandwon Sipalo.
