Davie Johnston vs Gus Laloian

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne,  taking place on 16/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Davie Johnston (7 - 2 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Gus Laloian(10 - 6 - 2) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Johnston and Laloian weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Seward, and the three ringside judges are Aaron Hadjinyan, Mark McBride and Ian Suit.
