Charles Ormond vs John Sween

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 30/11/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Charles Ormond (7 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and John Sween(10 - 4) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Ormond and Sween weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leon Kellar, and the three ringside judges are Pepe Brunetti, John Wark and Neil McAllaster.
