Yoshi Okamura vs Yoshi Hashimoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo,  taking place on 26/10/2024:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Yoshi Okamura (4 - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yoshi Hashimoto(9 - 2 - 5) from Tokyo, Japan.  Okamura weighed in at 228 pounds and 10 ounces, while Hashimoto weighed in at 240 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Onaga, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Okimoto, Naoki Morita and Ichiro Tsukamoto.  

Round 1: 

Hashimoto tries to land a jab, but Okamura slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .
