Satoru Umemoto vs Iwao Fujita

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo,  taking place on 26/10/2024:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Satoru Umemoto (2 - 1 - 1) who hails from Shizuoka, Japan and Iwao Fujita(4 - 8 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Umemoto and Fujita weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Okimoto, and the three ringside judges are Naoki Morita, Hikaru Onaga and Ichiro Tsukamoto.
