Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne,  taking place on 16/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ricky Newall (7 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Noah Shiels(9 - 7 - 1) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Both Newall and Shiels weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aaron Hadjinyan, and the three ringside judges are Gus Seward, Mark McBride and Ian Suit.
