Xalvador Coto vs Ximen Banegas

Boxing Daily Report from the Sabah Promotions promoted show at San Miguel de Tucuma Pedroza, San Miguel de Tucuman,  taking place on 13/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xalvador Coto (11 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina and Ximen Banegas(17(7) - 0) from Resistencia, Argentina.  Both Coto and Banegas weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Cobian, and the three ringside judges are Nemesio Ozuna, Alano Salvatierra and Noe Rogero.  

Round 1: 

Banegas advances into close range.  Coto throws a left hook, but Banegas clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Coto pushes his forearm into Banegas's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
