Oqtay Babayev vs Rasim Kuliev

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngambi Promotions promoted show at Baku Mona, Baku,  taking place on 13/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oqtay Babayev (11 - 3) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Rasim Kuliev(7 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Babayev and Kuliev weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bashir Amirbeyov, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Beibutov, Alekber Ameen and Waleed Khokhar.

Kuliev sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a stinging cross.
