Waqar Hosseini vs Xayvion Zirimu

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Kasarani indoor arena, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/11/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Eastern African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waqar Hosseini (13 - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Xayvion Zirimu(9 - 4 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Hosseini weighed in at 126 pounds, while Zirimu weighed in at 125 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Haque, and the three ringside judges are Richie Bitok, Sam Konchellah and Stuart Lone.
