John Hanen vs Jason McGee

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 06/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Irish Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Hanen (15 - 1 - 3) who hails from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland and Jason McGee(10 - 5(1) - 2) from Dublin, Ireland.  Hanen weighed in at 134 pounds And 11 ounces, while McGee weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Liam Healey, and the three ringside judges are Michael Corcoran, Fionn Delaney and Joshua Higgins.  

Round 1: 

McGee advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.
