Gus Scheiderer vs Iliya á Vasilchev

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Mbaraki Sports Club, Mombasa,  taking place on 16/11/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Gus Scheiderer (9(2) - 0) who hails from Columbus, USA and Iliya á Vasilchev(7 - 10 - 2) from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.  Both Scheiderer and Vasilchev weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Baldacchino, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Sakudao, Michael Bwakali and Dembe Mutunga.
