Edward Kenrick vs Dave Faughn

Boxing Daily Report from the T5 Promotions promoted show at T5 Gym, North Shore,  taking place on 23/11/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Edward Kenrick (8(1) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Dave Faughn(1 - 3 - 2) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Kenrick weighed in at 112 pounds, while Faughn weighed in at 111 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Dorch, and the three ringside judges are James Woodburn, Chris Heretini and Bryan Swineford.  

Round 1: 

Faughn attempts to land a left uppercut, but Kenrick slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Faughn steps to the outside.  Kenrick lands a jab.
