Akil Nataraj vs Gurudas Muivah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Chennai Deo, Chennai,  taking place on 22/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Akil Nataraj (5 - 4 - 2) who hails from Bangalore, India and Gurudas Muivah(7 - 6) from Chennai, India.  Nataraj weighed in at 126 pounds, while Muivah weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aftab Dia, and the three ringside judges are Madhav Kamdar, Girish Mehra and Jyotish Narra.
