Tommy Reese vs Oisin Kane

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 12/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Tommy Reese (9(1) - 2) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Oisin Kane(2 - 1 - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Reese weighed in at 153 pounds and 5 ounces, while Kane weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Parry, and the three ringside judges are Henry Finnegan, Paul Hector and Michael Findlay.  

Round 1: 

Reese is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Reese manouvers Kane into the red corner.  Reese feints a jab, but Kane ignores the feint and responds with a right uppercut.

Reese closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Reese lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Reese gets on the inside and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Reese lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kane is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kane sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Reese connects with a cross.  
Reese gets on the inside and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Reese throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Reese clinches his opponent.  Reese pushes his forearm into Kane's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Reese is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Reese holds on to his opponent.  Reese leans on his opponent using all his weight. Reese hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Reese to stop fouling.  
Reese advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.
