Paul Boyle vs Fionn Berne

Boxing Daily Report from the MCK MARBELLA promoted show at Paul Cochrane Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 02/12/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Irish-Leinster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Boyle (7 - 5 - 2) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Fionn Berne(11 - 5(2)) from Dublin, Ireland.  Boyle weighed in at 135 pounds, while Berne weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lee Beirne, and the three ringside judges are Liam Ryan, Carl MacRae and Aaron Hearn.  

Round 1: 

Berne gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.
