Ronan Sullivan vs Thomas McNamara

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 06/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ronan Sullivan (11 - 1 - 1) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Thomas McNamara(8 - 8 - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Sullivan and McNamara weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fionn Delaney, and the three ringside judges are Michael Corcoran, Liam Healey and Joshua Higgins.  

Round 1: 

Sullivan is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left hook, but McNamara blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Sullivan lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
