Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Ponce promoted show at Ponce Morro, Ponce,  taking place on 28/11/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Ponce Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Mercedes (11(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Miguel Fama(13 - 5) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Mercedes weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Fama weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lorenzo Capo, and the three ringside judges are Vegas Baquero, Beltran Correira and Beltran Correira.
