Huang-fu Huang vs Tung Shek

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hong Kong promoted show at Hong Kong Sports Institute Hall, Hong Kong,  taking place on 08/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the China Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Huang-fu Huang (14(11) - 0) who hails from Yichang, China and Tung Shek(10 - 0 - 1) from Tianjin, China.  Both Huang and Shek weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dewei Tern, and the three ringside judges are Bing Hao, Shing Tay and Li Tern.  

Round 1: 

Shek tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Huang hits home with a cross.  
Huang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Huang attempts to land a cross, but Shek blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shek lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Huang closes the distance.  Shek throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Huang lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Shek quickly recovers. 
Huang steps inside.  Shek attempts to land a right hook, but Huang sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Huang manages to force Shek onto the ropes.  Huang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Huang sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Huang is on target with a firm left hook.  
Huang lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  

Huang manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Shek throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a FIERCE right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE SHEK WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Shek recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Huang is on target with a sharp left hook to Shek's ribs.  
Huang lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Huang throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Huang lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Shek lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Huang gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Shek recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Huang lands a left hook to the body followed by two right uppercut's to the head.  
Huang is looking to close the distance and lands a solid left hook.

Shek feints a left, and then is on target with a right uppercut to Huang's ribs.  
Huang closes the distance.  Huang digs in a right hook to Shek's body.  Huang wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shek dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Huang advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Huang is looking to close the distance and lands a MASSIVE left hook.  SHEK IS HURT!  Shek almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Huang tries to land a right hook, but Shek sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Shek connects with a cross.  
Shek steps to the outside and is on target with a stinging overhand left.  
Shek attempts to land a jab, but Huang sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Shek strikes his opponents body with a firm cross.  
Shek lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Huang gets on the inside.  Huang sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Shek pivots to the right of his opponent.  Huang lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Huang steps inside.  Huang lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Huang dabs at his face checking for damage.

Shek tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Shek sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Huang throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Shek lands with a spiteful jab.  
Shek is on target with a right hook.  
Huang advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Huang attempts to land a right hook, but Shek dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Huang closes the distance and is on target with a solid left uppercut to Shek's body.
