Ilhami Ozalan vs Gul Acar

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Ora Arena, Istanbul,  taking place on 07/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Istanbul Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ilhami Ozalan (5 - 6 - 3) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Gul Acar(5 - 8 - 3) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Both Ozalan and Acar weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Devrim Saygi, and the three ringside judges are Tolga Basharan, Savas Dagdelen and Omer Comert.  

Round 1: 

Acar is looking to close the distance.  Ozalan is on target with a right hook.
