Boxing Daily Report from the Baddog promoted show at Royal York Hotel, Toronto,  taking place on 17/12/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are James Messer (3 - 0) who hails from Hamilton, Canada and Joe Swanson(11 - 5 - 2) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Messer and Swanson weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bellamy Batiste, and the three ringside judges are Noel Coulthard, Paul Myron and Dave Brown.
