Rob Amahit vs Hitoshi Kiyabu

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex Boxing Arena, Pune,  taking place on 04/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the WRBA Intercontinental Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Amahit (13(6) - 1) who hails from Silang, Philippines and Hitoshi Kiyabu(14 - 6(2)) from Hiroshima, Japan.  Both Amahit and Kiyabu weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Sharifi, and the three ringside judges are Rajat Patil, Ananta Goswami and Jasvinder Kapoor.  

Round 1: 

Amahit advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.  Amahit attempts to land a right hook, but Kiyabu sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
