John Githae vs Bilal Khalili

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Nairobi City Stadium, Nairobi,  taking place on 14/12/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBO Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Githae (13 - 2 - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Bilal Khalili(11 - 1 - 2) from Mashhad, Iran.  Githae weighed in at 115 pounds, while Khalili weighed in at 114 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leon Cassam, and the three ringside judges are Rob Birdi, Paul Changeywo and Faisal Shaheen.
