Pernell Lucier vs Franklin Thian

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dakar,  taking place on 30/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pernell Lucier (10 - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Franklin Thian(3 - 8 - 4) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Lucier and Thian weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Ndong, and the three ringside judges are Sezni Beal, Valentin Gasson and Audric Trzeguet.
