Hitoshi Kimura vs Iwao Takayama

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Okazaki Ueno, Okazaki,  taking place on 23/12/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Aichi Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Kimura (6 - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Iwao Takayama(6 - 1) from Toyota, Japan.  Kimura weighed in at 108 pounds, while Takayama weighed in at 107 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Keiichi Kobayashi, and the three ringside judges are Jun Satow, Kenji Shimoda and Kazuhiko Murakami.
