Taro Sugiyama vs Isamu Miyazaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Saitama promoted show at Soka Yokoyama, Soka,  taking place on 23/12/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Saitama Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taro Sugiyama (12(6) - 1) who hails from Koshigaya, Japan and Isamu Miyazaki(15(1) - 2) from Kawaguchi, Japan.  Both Sugiyama and Miyazaki weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryuu Kawahara, and the three ringside judges are Kaede Iwasaki, Takeshi Fuse and Shinji Kinoshita.
