Sancho Venegas vs Ricardo Penaloza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Comunidad Valenciana promoted show at Hotel Melia Alicante, Alicante,  taking place on 05/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Spain-Comunidad Valenciana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Venegas (17(2) - 1) who hails from Alicante, Spain and Ricardo Penaloza(7 - 4) from Valencia, Spain.  Venegas weighed in at 200 pounds, while Penaloza weighed in at 199 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Ras, and the three ringside judges are Diego Ruedas, Cipriano Collar and Santiago Lucia.
