Kong Chak vs Mitsuru Harada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Himeji Seto, Himeji,  taking place on 01/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kong Chak (20(15) - 1) who hails from Zhengzhou, China and Mitsuru Harada(2 - 9 - 7) from Hachioji, Japan.  Both Chak and Harada weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Morita, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Kawakami, Takeo Miyamoto and Jiro Mae.  

Round 1:

Chak steps to the outside and connects with a sharp cross.  
Harada pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a stinging jab.  
Chak is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a stinging cross.  
Chak lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Chak lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Harada quickly recovers.

Chak tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a VICIOUS cross.  DOWN GOES HARADA!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Chak!
