Xavier Tesoro vs Eduardo Banegas

Boxing Daily Report from the Darbenyan Promotions promoted show at Chipancingo Rondon, Chipancingo,  taking place on 26/12/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Guerrero Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavier Tesoro (12 - 0) who hails from Chipancingo, Mexico and Eduardo Banegas(7 - 1) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Both Tesoro and Banegas weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Gracia, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Bedoya, Santiago Verduzco and Santiago Verduzco.
