Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at KLCC Banquet Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 16/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hamzah Devi (8(2) - 0) who hails from Tangerang, Indonesia and Mel Auyoung(7 - 10 - 3) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Devi and Auyoung weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Bangura, and the three ringside judges are Syed Kamel, Danyaal Kharoti and Danyaal Kharoti.  

Round 1: 

Devi lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Auyoung advances into close range and throws a right hook, but Devi ties up his opponent.  Devi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
