Macario Mateo vs Franco Madrid

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 10/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Macario Mateo (12 - 2 - 1) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Franco Madrid(8 - 6 - 1) from Merlo, Argentina.  Mateo weighed in at 175 pounds, while Madrid weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jose Pinzon, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Amaya, Ryo Lanzo and Joaquin Vilchez.
