Rico Villalba vs Santiago Fierro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Alto Parana promoted show at Alejandro Cilia Gym, Ciudad del Este,  taking place on 29/12/2024:

Clearly AI Paraguay-Alto Parana have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Alto Parana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Villalba (6 - 4 - 3) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Santiago Fierro(6 - 6 - 3) from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.  Villalba weighed in at 147 pounds, while Fierro weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Munos, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Yniguez, Santiago Verdejo and Edmundo Javier.
