Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Bayamon Garcia, Bayamon,  taking place on 29/12/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cris Villarruel (7 - 3 - 1) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Yago Herron(8 - 4) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Villarruel weighed in at 160 pounds, while Herron weighed in at 159 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Terrazas, and the three ringside judges are Baltasar Castilleja, Loredo Olavarria and Eduardo Mallen.
