Fariz Magometov vs Salim Allakhverdiyev

Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Murad, Dushanbe,  taking place on 01/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Tajikistan-Dushanbe Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Varzish TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fariz Magometov (11 - 0) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Salim Allakhverdiyev(13 - 3) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Magometov weighed in at 126 pounds, while Allakhverdiyev weighed in at 125 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Radjabov, and the three ringside judges are Vikenti Gadjibekov, Aleksandr Asadov and Vurghun Suleimanov.
