Demir Dervish vs Mehmed Shashmaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Lunna Promotions promoted show at Adana Sengor, Adana,  taking place on 01/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Adana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Demir Dervish (12 - 1) who hails from Adana, Turkey and Mehmed Shashmaz(10 - 0) from Adana, Turkey.  Dervish weighed in at 147 pounds, while Shashmaz weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Temel Gonul, and the three ringside judges are Batur Safavi, Duygu Ata and Can Ganem.
